1. Personal user information that is collected, processed and stored by the Company

2. User's credit card information

2.1. The Company does not receive or store the user's credit card information.

3. The way the Company uses the collected and processed personal user information

5. Voluntary provision of personal user information

5.3. After you enable and turn on your web camera your broadcast may be seen by an undefined number of users from all over the world. By turning on your web camera you explicitly express your consent to broadcast your video for an undefined number of users from all over the world.

5.4. You will be able to buy a Premium account, App Minutes and other Application services by adding a credit card or other payment method to your webocam account. In some cases, additional information may be required to process the payment, in particular, an e-mail address or a personal data.

Your payment data can also be used to check your age for compliance with our requirements. This allows us to identify underage users who put unreliable birth date upon registration.

6. The right to change your personal information

6.1. Application users have the right to change or remove one's personal information at any time.

6.2. Application users have the right to change or remove one's video and photo content at any time.

6.3.1. ATTENTION to the owners of the paid (Premium) accounts! In case you decide to delete your Premium account it will be DELETED PERMANENTLY. Meaning that if you delete the Premium account, you will permanently lose access to your account and will no longer be able to use the paid features. In case you decide to start using the service again, you will need to sign up for a new account and GET A PAID ACCESS AGAIN. By deleting the Premium account, you AGREE TO DELETE THE PAID ACCOUNT ACCESS, and NOT to file any financial claims against the Company. You realize and fully understand that when you delete the Premium account, your paid account access will be permanently deleted and will NOT be restored, regardless of the period paid.

7. User Rights

7.1. As a member, you have the following rights to:

- Get access to your personal data located in your account profile.

- Correct your personal data.

- Delete your personal data.

- Disable processing of your personal data.

- Restrict processing of your personal data.

- Withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data.

The Company strongly recommends that Application users ensure the safety of the devices they use to connect to the Internet and securely store passwords and other information about their accounts.

8.3. You acknowledge and agree that you are personally responsible for:

8.4. You acknowledge and agree that neither the Company nor the Application users, nor any other third party shall be liable for the losses incurred by you because of your negligent attitude to the safety of the device you use to connect to the Internet, or because you have disclosed/entrusted the information about your password or account to other persons or stored it improperly.

9.1. The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Policy at any time.
